A4. Staff Allocation

Staff time for each month is allocated to projects and
other cost heads. Monthly bills for mobile telephones are imported
electronically and the costs for each telephone is matched to the
appropriate staff member. The programme then exports a report of the
percentages of each staff member's salary to be allocated against each
cost head. The programme allocates mobile phone costs in the same
pro-rata for each staff member and exports the total mobile phone cost for
each cost head.

times, and materials. Creates valuations, actual cost schedules, and
operative time sheets. Also handles instructions relating to alleged
defects. Comprehensive reporting system.

B3. Construction Claim Analysis

I have several versions of this programme which have
each been tailored to suit particular projects. Basically they all
have the function of correlating instructions and drawing issues with the
programme elements that they affect with provision to enter descriptions
of those effects and to flag whether they affect time, cost or both.
The programmes are then able to print or export reports for each programme
element showing chronologically the items that affected their progress
and/or their cost.
Used in various construction disputes.

B4. Construction Project Management

I have several programmes that fall under this heading.
They were written for different projects and each have special features
that relate to those projects. They all have in common that they
record instructions for elements of work and then track and report upon
the progress of that work.

B5. Tender Tracking

This programme records information about tenders for
construction projects including a risk analysis and a probability
estimate. It produces tender programmes and forecasts of monthly probable
turnover. For successful Tenders the programme produces Contract
Notification datasheets and various templates for reports relating to live
contracts.

B6. Cost Value Reconciliation

This programme and the Tender Tracking programme share
the same database. This application records monthly actual and forecast
cost and value data for each contract and regional monthly budgets.
Information from the accounts system is imported into it and augmented by
adjustments to give an up to date monthly snapshot of the position on each
project. The programme produces reports showing monthly movements, latest
forecasts, and budget comparisons in detail and summary form.
